Welcome to THE CHURCH GROUP, "Spiritual Foundations" Class. We are so pleased that you are considering enrolling in this class! Jesus said "...whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock" Matthew 7:24. "Spiritual Foundations" will help you build your life on the sure Word of El Elyon the Most High God.

When the Lord spoke to Connie and me to move to Jacksonville to start our first church, He told us to "raise up strong, mature believers that know how to take the words off the pages of the Bible, and manifest them in every area of their lives". This education class is a part of that heavenly mandate.

As you study the topics outlined in this course, you will discover that we have only scratched the surface. This course is called "Spiritual Foundations". A foundation is what you build upon. There is so much more to learn in the Word of God. Nevertheless, as you make the sincere effort to personally study out each lesson, look up the scriptures in the original languages, listen to the supporting MP3 files, memorize the handouts, and be faithful to daily declare the confessions that we provide you. Your life: spirit, soul, and body will begin to be shaped into a glorious strong structure whose architect is God Himself!

In Matthew 5:6, Jesus stated that "Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness; for they shall be filled." The words "hunger" and "thirst" in this passage mean to crave ardently, to seek with eager desire, to painfully feel their want of something, to seek those things that will refresh and strengthen the soul. My earnest prayer is that you will approach this course with that type of hunger and thirst for if you do, truly you will be satisfied!
